Terms of Service
Yote Innovations (“Yote”) · Effective 2026-07-16
1. The service
Yote provides a CRM and AI-assistant platform for AWS consultancies. Access is provided to workspaces (tenants) and their invited users. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for actions you approve.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You must have authority to connect any third-party account (e.g., Google) you link, and you may disconnect it at any time in Settings.
3. AI features
AI-generated drafts, recommendations, and analyses may be inaccurate; a human review step is built into outbound actions and you are responsible for what you approve. Yote is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI output.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to breach other tenants’ data, no abuse of connected third-party services contrary to their terms (including the Google API Services Terms).
5. Data
Your data remains yours. Our collection and use of data, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yote’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination & changes
Either party may terminate at any time; on termination we delete workspace data on request. We may update these terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
